Returns

Love Stories has an easy return policy, for carefree shopping. We accept all returns within 30 days, counting from the day you receive your order. Sale items have a return policy of 14 days, counting from the day you receive your order.

Returned items must be in their original condition including their tags and must be unwashed, unworn and unaltered in any way.

Please note: Shipping costs for a return from the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France and Spain are covered by Love Stories Intimates if you return items using our provided instructions. Shipping costs for returns from other destinations are not covered by Love Stories Intimates.

To return items from Europe, please follow these steps:

1. Place the item(s) you would like to return back in the box you received them in or any other solid carton box. Close the box securely, using sufficient tape.
2. Visit https://lovestories.returnista.com/en or click on the "START RETURN" button below and choose if you would like to drop your package off or request a pick up appointment.
3. Fill in your details to create a return label. 
4. Print the return label and place it on your package
5. Take it to your preferred drop off point or wait for your pick up.

Please note: face masks cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.

For returns from the UK, please attach the commercial invoice that you receive with the downloaded label. If you return with a carrier of your choice, please ship the return with duties paid. 

To return items from the rest of the world, please follow these steps:

1. Place the item(s) you would like to return back in the box you received them in or any other solid carton box.
2. Fill out the Return Form that was included with your order.
3. Include the Return Form in your package and close the box securely, using sufficient tape.
4. Take the box to your local post office and send it to:

Please note: shipping costs or import duties for a return shipment are not covered or reimbursed by Love Stories Intimates.

Reimbursement

You will receive a refund after we have received the goods according to the above steps. Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser's payment method, within 5-10 days after we’ve received your package. During sale periods, this might take longer. Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange items.

We kindly advise you to return your parcel using a track and trace code. If parcels get lost during transport without having a track and trace code, Love Stories is not responsible for a reimbursement.
