  • Growth Marketer

    Love Stories is a Dutch lingerie brand, much-loved for its signature bralettes and playful clashes of prints and patterns. A lingerie circus ran by women, for women. From our Amsterdam headquarters, we’re spreading our love for lingerie and create the digital commerce experience for our consumers all across the world.

    About the role:

    For our E-commerce team, we’re looking for a Growth Marketer who has a strong analytical mindset and a passion for planning and optimizing digital performance marketing channels. Reporting to the Performance Marketing & Growth Lead, the role’s mission is to help drive performance results across multiple channels (Google stack, Paid Social, E-mail, Affiliate among others), analyze & report on data and assist in planning activity across the full consumer journey (from upper funnel awareness, to lower funnel conversion tactics).

    Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    • Maintaining campaign activity across multiple digital performance channels: running performance reports, analyzing data and tracking to campaign KPIs, identifying channels + tactics to optimize
    • Ownership of campaign implementation across multiple platforms: Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube) and Facebook/Pinterest Ads are key
    • Owning the optimization aspect of live campaigns
    • Supporting with ad-hoc reporting requests
    • Working closely with the team to provide broader performance insights across our various marketing channels 
    • Assisting in creative asset building and brainstorm with the creative teams on ensuring best fit for channel

    As the ideal candidate, you have:

    • 1+ years of relevant work experience
    • Hands-on experience with Google Ads is a must
    • Facebook / Pinterest hands-on experience is a plus 
    • Ability to read performance metrics and form actionable insights to activate in platform
    • Solid understanding of Digital Marketing overall: multi-channel usage, upper vs lower funnel strategies, performance metrics and analysis 
    • Experience with Digital Analytics and CRM software is a plus
    • Oral and written fluency in English (French, Spanish or Italian language skills are a plus)

  • Product Development Coordinator - Lingerie (6 months maternity cover)

    About the role:

    We are looking for a Product Development Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for everything between design to delivery of our products. We work in a small team, and you take full control of our product development cycles. This role will be available from August – January (32-40 hours/week).

    Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    • Responsible for the development of the seasonal and essential lingerie and swimwear collection;
    • Together with team design and merchandise you are responsible for the collection planning and balance in the collection based on history and numbers;
    • Responsible for sourcing and collection development with team design;
    • Following the Sustainability strategy during the collection building and product development;
    • Independent allocation of styles to suppliers, sample management, sms request;
    • Fitting, comments elaboration for suppliers, quality control;
    • Responsible for daily, effective communication and direction with all vendors;
    • Negotiate purchase pricing, delivery conditions, purchase orders and monitoring margins;
    • Monitoring production planning & delivery times;
    • Allround article administration in ERP system;
    • Collecting information on product performance, experiences and perceptions of customers and the related interaction.

    As the ideal candidate, you have:

    • A commercial, proactive and hands-on mentality;
    • Good understanding of product cycle timeline, costing & price negotiation and garment construction
    • Finished your Bachelor/Master degree;
    • 2-4+ years of experience in lingerie product development;
    • Experience with MS Office (excel, outlook);
    • Experience with ERP systems (Pebblestone would be a plus);
    • Excellent command of the English language.

  • Sales Support Lead

    About the role:

    For our Wholesale Sales Support team, we’re looking for a Sales Support Lead who can take the sales to a higher level.

    Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    • Coaching and development of the sales support team (2 FTE’s);
    • Have a role in various internal projects (including (re)implementation ERP system and evaluate and optimize (Sales Back Office) processes;
    • First escalation point for ensuring correct and timely order entry and invoicing for own customers and region of responsibility;
    • Improve efficiency & alignment of the team with internal KPIs and ways of working;
    • Secure a high level of customer satisfaction;
    • Managing the overall order portfolio with our wholesale customers from start to finish.

    As the ideal candidate, you have:

    • A commercial, proactive and hands-on mentality;
    • While offering the best service to our partners you also make sure that the administrative part is accurate, seeing opportunities and thinking in solutions;
    • Finished your Bachelor/Master degree;
    • Have at least 4 years of relevant experience with at least 2 years’ experience in leading a team;

    Pour notre boutique situé dans le Marais, nous recherchons une conseillère de vente à temps partiel. Vous deviendrez le représentant de la marque, qui vit et réalise des ‘Love Stories’ avec nos clientes, encadré par les directives de la marque. Vous avez un sens impeccable du service client et beaucoup d'affinités avec le monde de la mode et de la lingerie. Vous souhaitez travailler avec l'équipe pour offrir à chaque client une expérience d'achat unique en LS.

    Idéalement, vous avez plusieurs années d'expérience dans la vente au détail ou avez fait vos preuves dans le secteur des services. Vous êtes une personne dynamique qui aime la vente et le travail en réseau. Il est naturel pour vous de faire en sorte que les clients se sentent privilégiés, en appliquant des normes de service élevées.
