About the Role:

As the Store Manager of Love Stories Boutique, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. You will lead and inspire a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals while upholding the boutique’s brand values and maintaining a luxurious shopping environment. Your leadership will be key to fostering a high-performing and customer-focused store.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Manage, motivate, and coach a team of sales associates, fostering a positive and collaborative store culture.
• Customer Experience: Create a welcoming and personalized shopping experience for customers by providing expert advice and guidance on products.
• Sales Management: Meet and exceed sales targets, monitor KPIs, and implement strategies to drive sales and profitability.
• Store Operations: Oversee inventory management, visual merchandising, product displays, maintain store organization and representation.
• Training & Development: Onboard new team members, offer continuous training, and develop the skills of current employees.
• Brand Representation: Maintain and promote the Love Stories brand identity through customer interactions, store ambiance, and service standards.
• Administrative Duties: Handle cash register, scheduling, stock ordering, and reporting on sales and store performance.

Requirements:

• Experience: 2+ years of retail management experience, preferably in luxury goods or intimate apparel.
• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in retail management systems and POS systems.
• Passion: A passion for fashion, lingerie, and providing an exceptional customer experience.
• Flexibility: Ability to work weekends, holidays, and during peak sales seasons.
• Fashion-Forward: An understanding of current fashion trends, particularly within the luxury lingerie and loungewear space.
• Fluency: fleunt in English, both written and spoken to provide customer service and communicate effectively with customers and team members.
