And now, we’re looking for a Boutique Manager to lead our beautiful Amsterdam boutique. If you’re a retail leader with a strong sense of style, a love for lingerie, and a passion for building high-performing teams, we’d love to meet you.

About the role – Boutique Manager

As our Boutique Manager, you’ll be the beating heart of our Amsterdam store — responsible for leading your team, driving store performance and bringing the Love Stories brand to life. You’ll ensure every customer receives a memorable experience while also keeping your eye on the numbers. You’re both a brand ambassador and a team coach — someone who knows how to inspire, guide and grow people while delivering excellent commercial results.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth execution of all in-store activities
• Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service aligned with our brand values
• Drive sales performance through analysis of KPIs and implementation of commercial strategies
• Recruit, train, and develop your store team; identify talent and nurture future leaders
• Ensure team scheduling, payroll, and budget goals are aligned with targets
• Collaborate with HQ teams to roll out marketing initiatives, product launches, and events
• Take ownership of visual merchandising and in-store brand presentation
• Support with PR and marketing events held in and around our House of Love (showroom and apartment)
  
  What we’re looking for:
• A true people-person with a natural eye for talent and a passion for team-building
• A hands-on leader who motivates with energy, warmth, and clarity
• A confident trainer and coach, ready to uplift your team to exceed expectations
• Passionate about fashion, lingerie, and retail, and always on top of trends
  
  What you bring
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in fashion or lifestyle retail
• A strong track record of achieving (and exceeding) sales targets and KPIs
• Fluent in English, written and verbal
• A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset — you take initiative and thrive in a dynamic environment
• A sharp commercial eye and a deep understanding of how to drive store performance
