SALES SUPPORT ASSISTANT

About the role
We are looking for a Sales Support Assistant to strengthen our wholesale operations team. This is not just an administrative role. You are the operational link between our HQ, agents, and wholesale customers. You make sure that everything behind the scenes runs smoothly, and you actively spot when things can be done better, faster, or smarter.
You combine accuracy with ownership, and you don’t just answer questions, you think one step ahead.
What you will do
- Sales Support & Coordination
- Be the daily point of contact for HQ teams, agents, and wholesale customers
- Support agents with order management, follow-up, and operational questions
- Act as a first point of contact for sales-related requests and ensure fast, clear resolution
- Think commercially when handling incoming requests: identify opportunities as well as solutions
- Coordinate between sales, logistics, finance, and warehouse teams to resolve issues efficiently
- Proactively monitor order flow, stock, and customer requests, and flag issues before they escalate
- Identify recurring issues and help improve processes where possible
Systems (ERP & Wholesale Platform)
- Manage customer accounts, VAT checks, and credit control setup
- Process and monitor orders from entry to shipment across systems
- Handle re-orders, availability updates, and order confirmations
- Support agents with correct use of wholesale platforms and data
- Troubleshoot issues in order flow, stock visibility, and system alignment
What we are looking for
- Experience in sales operations, wholesale support, or order management
- Experience with ERP systems (Navision or similar) and wholesale platforms (NuOrder is a plus)
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
- A proactive mindset: you don’t wait, you anticipate
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment
- A natural “can-do” attitude with a commercial mindset (you think along with the customer, not just the task)
Languages
- Dutch & English: professional proficiency
- Italian or French is a plus
