    About the role:

    For our E-commerce team, we’re looking for a Data & Performance Analyst who has a passion for analysing web, consumer and marketing channel data and the intrinsic motivation to continuously optimise the E-commerce performance and experience. Reporting directly to the Head of E-commerce, the role's mission is to deliver actionable insights which fuel decision-making to drive growth for our digital business. Our ideal new team member is a detective at heart, truly enjoys analysing data sets across the entire digital journey, and has the gift to visualise and communicate findings through comprehensive and actionable insights.

    Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    • Ownership of analysis and reporting of core KPIs across Love Stories’ digital channels in various recurring formats that drive effective business decision-making.
    • Create, maintain, and refine reporting and dashboards for E-commerce decision-making processes and general business operations.
    • Support ad-hoc data requests related to E-commerce onsite, merchandise and marketing channel performance.
    • Working closely with the Digital Marketing team to develop and maintain channel and campaign reporting, providing performance insights across paid and non-paid channels.
    • Together with the E-commerce team, identify hypotheses and translate them into test ideas or recommendations for site improvements.
    • Support and train colleagues in using digital data reporting tools (Google Analytics, PowerBI) and support data-driven decision-making within the organisation.

    As the ideal candidate, you have:

    • 4+ years of relevant work experience in E-commerce digital analytics
    • In-depth experience with Google Analytics and PowerBI
    • Business user-level experience with Google Tag Manager and Data Studio
    • Experience with A/B testing is a plus
    • Good understanding of Digital Marketing Channels (Performance Marketing, Social, SEO, CRM)
    • Very strong presentation and data visualisation skills
    • Proven ability to present actionable insights to provide clear recommendations to senior management

    About the role:

    For our E-commerce team we’re looking for a Performance Marketing & Growth Lead who is passionate about generating sustainable growth through customer acquisition and retention strategies and building a strong and agile performance marketing operation.

    Reporting directly to the Head of E-commerce, the role's mission is to define and execute Love Stories’ digital marketing and growth strategy across multiple markets. As our ideal new team member, you are fluent in the full spectrum of acquisition channels and with your 6+ years of experience, you can look back on successfully implemented retention and loyalty strategies. You have operational experience in all relevant digital marketing channels and can create, execute and measure campaigns alike. You have solid experience in marketing budget planning and forecasting and can build growth projections and report against these with actionable insights. In this exciting role you will need to be both, strategic and tactical, and also get the opportunity to shape our future performance and growth marketing operations as we are about to re-define our internal and external team setup.

    Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    • Define, execute and measure digital performance and growth strategies
    • Maximize reach, engagement, and conversion by leveraging paid advertising channels and CRM capabilities
    • Manage ad budgets across multiple geographies and campaigns across all digital channels
    • Define and deploy our marketing attribution model to ensure optimal ad spend
    • Design bidding strategies, audience targeting, and communication strategies that drive performance at scale
    • Forecast performance, set targets, build reporting and demonstrate growth towards business KPIs
    • Continuously working towards attracting new customers and to retain and maximize the value of existing customers
    • Identify and experiment with new ad formats, audiences, and channels and seek opportunities to broaden our digital marketing repertoire
    • Work closely with Brand Marketing and Content Creation to ensure brand consistency and define our content requirements for advertising
    • Provide insights and strategic recommendations on marketing channel and campaign performance and co-create the overall digital business strategy for Love Stories

    As the ideal candidate, you have:

    • 6+ years of growth or performance marketing experience in a multi-market E-commerce environment
    • A track record in developing growth marketing and CRM strategies
    • Operational experience in digital marketing channels, especially SEA, Social, Email
    • Solid expertise in campaign and channel analysis and reporting
    • Experience with attribution models and related software
    • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to drive actionable insights and recommendations
    • Oral and written fluency in English

    About the role:

    In this position as People Lead, you have an important role in the further development and professionalisation of Love Stories HR policy. As a People Lead, you have a central, coaching role in which you advise and support the staff & managers in operational HR issues.

    Our goal is to ensure that we have the right people in our team, and that everyone enjoys their work and is able to do it in a fun way. You are also responsible for monitoring our culture and the team's commitment. You are committed and visible to everyone in the organisation. In this role, you will report to the COO.

    Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    • Handle contracts, on- and off boarding and all necessary administration in alignment with central processes;
    • Act as an all-round point of contact, handling or escalating incoming requests from all employees;
    • Handle the full cycle recruitment process from writing job descriptions, interviews, making hiring decisions and offering positions to selected candidates;
    • Facilitating evaluation interviews and professionalise the annual performance cycle;
    • Supporting, developing and coaching managers;
    • Continuously look at how existing regulations and policies can be improved and positive relationships maintained;
    • You advise in the field of absenteeism and occupational health and safety;
    • Organising events for the team, ranging from drinks, dinners to team trips or workshops;

    As the ideal candidate, you have:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business or a related field;
    • At least 5 years of Human Resources experience;
    • Proven track record in implementing strategies to drive an exceptional employee experience;
    • Familiar with local employment laws, regulations and HR practices;
    • Able to thrive in a fast moving environment;
    • Thorough understanding of HR principles and practices;
    • Strong interpersonal skills;
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
